Shipping Options 

All orders are shipped using Australia Post and you will receive tracking details when your item is ready to be shipped.   

Australian Standard Shipping - $15.50

Australian Express Shipping - $20

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

If you purchase a backpack with personalisation, kindly expect 7 business days for the personalisation and an additional 2 business days before your order is shipped.  Should you opt for a backpack without personalisation, please expect a processing time of 2 business days before your order is shipped. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping details via email.

*Please note that EXPRESS shipping does not speed up personalisation processing time, just the shipping time once posted.

 

Delivery Address

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can correct it for you on our end. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to modify this and you will be liable for associated costs and/or loss of product.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly via Australia Post.
