Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, complete with tags and packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalised backpacks if you change your mind, as removing embroidery after it has been sewn will damage the product.

We take the upmost care on all our products along with thorough quality checks, to ensure the highest standards. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and will be happy to assist you.

All of our products have a 6 month warranty.
